Are your products real gold?

Our Gold and Rose Gold pieces are plated with 18k Gold or 18k Rose Gold. We use only the highest quality metals in all our jewelry, with a 316L stainless steel base unless otherwise specified on the product pages. Our stainless steel jewelry is tarnish and water-resistant, hypoallergenic, and made to last. They will not fade, rust, tarnish, corrode, or stain.

How long does shipping take?

  • Express Shipping: 6~9 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
  • Custom orders are processed within 5 days, while non-custom orders ship within 2 days, ensuring prompt delivery for all purchases.

Can I send jewelry as a gift?

Of course! Our jewelry comes in beautiful packaging, perfect for gifting, and we include a greeting card. If you'd like us to handwrite a special message, you can add it in the order notes at checkout, and we'll be happy to deliver your wishes on your behalf.

Will the cost of the items be included in the shipment?
No, we never include the cost, receipts, or pricing in our packages, so you can safely send your order as a gift!

What can I add to personalize my jewelry?
Personalization options vary by jewelry piece. Some allow capitalization for the first letter only, while others allow full customization with numbers and capital letters. Check the product details for personalization options.

How can I clean my jewelry?
Our stainless steel jewelry is low-maintenance and resistant to tarnishing and water. To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaning agents like detergent, bleach, and perfume, as they may damage the gold or silver plating and cause discoloration. For a smudge-free shine, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, scratch-free cloth.

Can I expedite a personalized order?
We do not offer expedited production on personalized orders. As each piece is handmade, production takes about 9–12 days. While expedited shipping (4–6 business days) may be available after production, it does not affect the production timeline. You’ll see the “Shipping Type” option at checkout if your order qualifies for fast shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as we process orders quickly. If you've provided an incorrect shipping address or have questions about your order's status, contact our Customer Team immediately at support@artphro.net. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes.
